Local writer and history author Chris Wadsworth has introduced his newly published work, Images of America: Cape Coral. This pictorial history book uses more than 200 archival photos to explore the settlement, development and growth of the City of Cape Coral. The book was coauthored by Anne Cull, curator of the Cape Coral Historical Museum, and written in conjunction with the Cape Coral Historical Society. Chris Wadsworth is originally from Madison, Wisconsin where he studied French and Russian at the University of
Wisconsin. After several years wandering the globe, Chris settled on a career in journalism. He earned a Master’s degree from the University of Miami and started working local television news. After a decade as a TV reporter, anchor and executive producer, Chris changed gears,becoming a newspaper columnist and a freelance magazine writer. Chris is married to a local newspaper editor and has three young sons. The family lives in Fort Myers.
